How to order?
We are here for you, simply call our phones and order the desired goods from our website or send your order via our web shop or send us your order by e-mail.
Non-personalized items can be ordered through the web shop or by phone or e-mail, and orders for the creation of personalized items are sent only by e-mail.
If you would like to order items with an inscription or logo, you need to send the printing materials to our email.
To create an R1 invoice, please send us the following required information:

How to pay?
Cash to the delivery person upon delivery (R1 or regular cash receipt) or by bank transfer according to the pro forma invoice, and for goods ordered through our web shop, you can also pay by card.
For orders of larger quantities of items with a logo, payment is made in advance by invoice.
All prices listed on our website include VAT.
Where is everything delivered, how much does delivery cost, and how long does it take for the goods to be delivered?
We deliver goods throughout Croatia and the EU.
For the Zagreb area, we deliver goods within 24 hours, and for the rest of Croatia, we deliver goods within 48 hours (except for personalized items). We deliver goods within the EU within approximately 3-5 days (depending on the country).
Delivery throughout Croatia is free for orders over 140 EUR, and for smaller orders delivery is charged at 4.98 EUR.
Delivery to the Zagreb area is free for orders over 70 euros, and for smaller orders delivery is charged at 4.98 euros.
Delivery within the EU is charged according to the delivery service’s price list.
Minimum order: for personalized gifts, only one item can be ordered, and for other goods, the minimum order is in the value of goods from 25 euros or more for private individuals and from 50 euros or more for legal entities.
