Pelin 1971 d.o.o. is a Croatian company specialized in supplying catering facilities and other business entities throughout Croatia and the EU, and was founded in 1994 and has more than 32 years of experience.

We deal with printing and packaging, as well as direct import and delivery of consumables for the catering industry and small catering inventory.

We do printing and packaging on our own printing machines for T-shirts, various promotional items and packaging, and on our own machines for packaging catering sugar, biscuits, chocolate bars and similar promotional items with personalized logos.

We are pioneers in online sales, and we have been actively running our website and online sales since 1999, which makes us one of the first in Croatia in online sales of catering equipment and the production and sale of personalized promotional items via the web.

We work with over a thousand regular clients, i.e. business entities, and we process tens of thousands of delivered orders annually.

We operate on the principle of our two slogans:

“Buy first-hand… because why pay more?!” – we produce the vast majority of our range on our printing machines and packaging machines, and we are also direct importers of numerous items and deliver the goods to the customer’s address ourselves, so we are “first-hand”.

“Quality and affordable….professional and simple!!” – in our range we have items of proven quality that we offer at affordable prices, which is challenging to achieve, and in addition, in our business we strive to simplify ordering as much as possible for our clients and to be as professional and responsible as possible.

We offer you top quality goods at affordable prices and fast delivery of goods to your door (for the Zagreb area within 24 hours, and for the rest of Croatia within 48 hours) with the option of our free delivery.

How to order?
We are here for you, …… you can easily place your order in three ways:

1. just call our phones and order the desired goods by phone

2. select the products via our web shop and put them in the cart and send your order

3. send your order via e-mail

If you want to order items with an inscription or logo, you need to send the printing materials (logo/inscription) and your order to our e-mail.

How to pay?
Cash to the delivery person upon delivery (R1 or regular cash receipt) or by bank transfer according to the pro forma invoice, and for goods ordered through our web shop you can also pay by card.

For orders of larger quantities of items with a logo, payment is in advance according to the pro forma invoice.

All prices listed on our website include VAT.

Where is everything delivered?
Delivery area: we deliver goods throughout Croatia and throughout the EU.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time: we deliver goods within 24 hours for the Zagreb area, and for the rest of Croatia we deliver goods within 48 hours (except for personalized items). We deliver to the EU area within approximately 3-5 days (depending on the country). Delivery time to islands depends on the island and the time of year.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery price: delivery throughout Croatia is free for orders over 140 eur, and for smaller orders delivery is charged 4.98 eur

Delivery to the Zagreb area is free for orders over 70 eur, and for smaller orders delivery is charged 4.98 eur

Delivery within the EU is charged according to the price list of the delivery service.

What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order is for a total value of goods of 50 eur or more, and exceptionally for personalized gifts, only one item can be ordered
