Please read the terms of use carefully. By purchasing through our webshop, you accept the following terms.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>1. General conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These terms of use apply to the purchase of products through our web store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. All changes will become effective upon posting on this page. <br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>2. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available payment methods: card payment, cash on delivery, bank transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a technical or typographical error in the price display, the seller has the right to cancel the order and notify the buyer.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>3. Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We deliver within the Republic of Croatia \/ EU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cost of delivery to the Republic of Croatia is calculated at the end of the order and is clearly indicated before payment, while the cost to the EU is according to the price list of the delivery service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the Zagreb area, we deliver goods within 24 hours, and for the rest of Croatia, we deliver goods within 48 hours (except for personalized items). We deliver to the EU within approximately 3-7 days. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.<br\/><br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>4. Complaints and returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless a defective or incorrect product was delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints and return requests should be sent to[email ili obrazac na webu] .,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct products (non-personalized items) can be exchanged for another item from our range by returning the purchased product in its original packaging at the buyer&#8217;s expense within 14 days of purchase. Correct personalized items made to order by the buyer, unfortunately, cannot be exchanged (if there is a printing error by the seller, then the seller bears the entire cost and makes a new item free of charge). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When returning goods for legal entities, the goods must be accompanied by an invoice and a certified return receipt, and when returning goods for private individuals, only the invoice must be accompanied by the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of breakage of goods during transport, the cost of the new item is borne by the seller in the following way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-When you receive a package containing a damaged item, you must take a picture of the package with the visible damaged item inside, the damaged item separately, and the declaration\/label from the package. These three pictures must be sent the same day you receive the package to our email info@pelin1971.hr so \u200b\u200bthat they can be forwarded to the delivery service for a claim. Otherwise, the delivery service&#8217;s insurance company will unfortunately not recognize the damage. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>5. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The seller does not assume responsibility for possible inaccuracies in product descriptions and images.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of purchased products.<br\/><br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>6. Privacy and data protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The seller undertakes to protect the privacy of users and to use personal data solely for the purpose of processing orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details are described in <strong>the Privacy Policy<\/strong> .<br\/><br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>7.
